Port Hotspots
The best food, drink, and company at each port.
Port of Rune
Ah, Rune is quite the busy towne with plenty of commotion occuring at the port. Sailors often find tasty food at such restaurants as Kasan's Sushi Bar, Flam's Steak House, and The Perplexed Otter. The Otter is also a bar and along with the Laughing Fey Tavern, provide stout drinks to those who want them; careful though, the Fey is notorious for rowdy patrons, and fights often break out inside. Everywhere you look, beautiful women walk the streets, waiting for landed sailors to swoon them; just don't confuse them with the bag ladies... The captains and quartermasters out there will be sure to note the best place to restock non-nautical supplies is from the General Store, The Edible Loaf, and The Butcher's Shop.
Port of Sigil
The magical towne of Sigil is often visited by sailors, having both a northern and southern port, with enough to do in towne for the doubled traffic. Brews can be found at the Sigilian Harp, the Sotted Sow Bar, the Boar and Sickle, and the Broken Arrow will quench your thirst, the Harp has special local brews along with the Arrow. A notable restaurant is Arthur's Coffee and Cakes, which is the only establishment in Sigil that serves food but not alcoholic brews. The Sigil Mercantile, Strecht's Meats, and Grindle's Bakery take care of the dry goods and food needed to restock a ship's supplies. Unfortunately the town is crowded with pirates who do not see fit to hit the seas for most of the year, thus they have driven all pretty women there to stay inside and not come out.
Port of Pirate's Cove
The quintessential towne for sailors, Pirate's Cove takes care of our thirsts for drink. There's even a beached pirate ship there for ye to converse with some of our sailing brothers, but do keep in mind to not get in trouble with the sheriff! The Silk Shoes Brothel serves customers nicely with some of the best harlots on Beltane. The Black Thunder Tavern and the Watering Hole serve beverage, and the Black Thunder has some nasty fights almost every night with the drunk ruffians. Lark's Beer and Brothel cater to both of a sailor's wants. There is a bakery and general store for supplies that ye may need.
Port of Tellerium
This towne isn't known just for its no magic policy, but also for its industry, and therefore has a lot of importing and exporting by sea.
Port of Templeton
This bustling towne also sees a great amount of sea trade and shipping business, having a large wharf.
Port of Lowangen
Ahh, an older towne for an older era. Lowangen is not as bustling as it once was, but it still sports entertainment for visiting sailors. The Velvet Mist Brothel sees quite a bit of business, being the only such business in the region. The Orc Death Tavern and Shining Light Tavern both offer all the alcohol you can drink. Memphis's General Goods and Travia's Confectionary Shop offer all the
Port of Decara
Quite the infrequently visited port, due to the perils that sailors would face on the road between the towne and the docks, yet there is a need for supplies to be gotten here, as well as leave for the common crew. Yet you can find drinks at the Tipsy Toadstool in towne. Also you can satisfy your search for pleasure at the Den of Torture, if you can survive a bit of pain first. The General Store has less than sufficient stocks in supplies, but will do if direly needed.
